2.2 Print Magazine Subscription Cancellation

  • Print subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds will be prorated based on undelivered issues
  • Issues already in transit cannot be cancelled
  • Processing fee may apply for cancellation requests

2.3 Bundle Subscription Cancellation

  • Bundle subscriptions (digital + print) follow print subscription cancellation terms
  • You may downgrade to digital-only subscription at any time
  • Prorated refunds apply for the print portion only

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Duplicate payment or billing error
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues preventing access to digital content for extended periods
  • Cancellation within the cooling-off period (see Section 4)
  • Print magazines not delivered for consecutive issues

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Single article purchases or pay-per-view content
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift subscriptions after activation
  • Archived content access fees
  • Event tickets and webinar registrations (within 48 hours of event)

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Print subscription cancelled mid-term (prorated for undelivered issues)
  • Annual subscription cancelled within first 3 months (prorated minus processing fee)
  • Service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days

4. Cooling-Off Period

4.1 New Subscribers

  • New subscribers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase
  • Full refund available if cancelled within this period
  • Applies to first-time subscriptions only

4.2 Conditions

  • Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Does not apply to renewed subscriptions
  • Does not apply to promotional offers or discounted rates
  • Print magazines received during this period will be deducted from refund

5. Advertising Refund Policy

5.1 Advertisement Cancellation

  • More than 7 days before publication: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 3-7 days before publication: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before publication: No refund
  • After publication: No refund under any circumstances

5.2 Advertisement Issues

If your advertisement is published with errors caused by us:

  • Re-run of correct advertisement at no charge
  • Partial refund based on severity of error
  • Full refund if advertisement is completely unusable

5.3 Digital Advertising

  • Banner ads and sponsored content can be cancelled with 48 hours notice
  • Prorated refund for unused campaign duration
  • No refund for impressions already delivered

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards: 7-10 business days
  • Refunds to UPI/bank accounts: 3-5 business days
  • Refunds to digital wallets: 2-3 business days

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For payments made via multiple methods, refunds will be split accordingly.

6.3 Refund Notification

You will receive email notifications when:

  • Your refund request is received
  • Your refund is approved or rejected (with reason)
  • Your refund has been processed

7. Auto-Renewal Management

7.1 Cancelling Auto-Renewal

  • Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in your account settings
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period
  • No refund for the current billing period after renewal has processed

7.2 Renewal Reminders

  • We send renewal reminders 7 days before your subscription renews
  • Contact us within 24 hours of accidental renewal for a full refund

7.3 Price Changes

If subscription prices increase:

  • You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect
  • Existing subscription period will not be affected

8. Gift Subscriptions

8.1 Before Activation

  • Full refund available if gift subscription has not been activated
  • Gift code can be transferred to another recipient

8.2 After Activation

  • No refund once the recipient has activated the gift subscription
  • Recipient can contact us for delivery or access issues
